Hello, everyone! My name is Julisa, also known as VisionaryDame on most social sites. Welcome to my profile, where you can find all of my projects and short stories.
To give some information about myself, I am a self-taught creative writer, and I have been writing stories on and off for well over a decade. Most of the stories I wrote were fan fiction works written throughout most of my high school years (and even as an adult, I continue to dabble in it). Still, I knew I wanted to take a step back from that and create original works of my own to share with the world.
So I'm sure you're wondering: if I've been writing for as I long as I say, why haven't I published anything? Well, the answer to that is pretty straight forward. Simply put, I didn't have a real story that I wanted to share with people.
That, and I was terrified of sharing my work with others.
Now that I have become more confident in myself and what I am capable of sharing, I want to use this site and other sites like it, to showcase what I have to offer. I intend to publish updates and snippets of upcoming works on my WordPress blog and post finished products on this site and more, like Booksie, Wattpad, and others. Regardless of where I decide to publish my works, I hope the stories I write to provide entertainment, tell a story, and move you in a way that makes you want more.
That, or something that helps pass the time and puts a smile on your face.
With all that out of the way, I hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
