This scrawny gal (me) is going to revive a dream. I’m going to translate Feng Yu Jiu Tian (from Ch 6.2, Vol. 16).
But before we start, I’d like to hear your opinions. I mean, is anyone interested in this novel?
Does anyone remember Feng Yu Jiu Tian, a story of the forgotten kingdom? A novel on how His Majesty Rong Tian got a crush on Feng Ming, an unparalleled beauty in Tianxia? One was ruthless and scheming, with an overbearing yet elegant presence, while another was smart and feisty, full of mischief, no end of trouble.
Does anyone remember Xi Lei Great King, the epitome of cruel wisdom, a ruler of Warring States period no less, a scary man raised to fight and dominate and Xi Lei Duke Ming, the small jewel in his palm, a lively child with an ability to tame tyrants?
A king and a duke joined hearts and kept roaming this ever-divided Land Under Heaven. Nobles and commoners of the Nine Kingdoms got involved in their political adventures like sand grains carried along by flowing water. Many talented commanders perished and many brave soldiers didn’t return home, many flourishing cities, big and small, were destroyed in the turmoil of war.
And that went on for ten thousand years...... before Feng Yu Jiu Tian turned into a story of the forgotten kingdom.
