ex. You're remarkably talented.
there - location
ex. The man is over there.
their - possessive (like your/her/his)
ex. I enjoyed petting their dog.
they're - they are (like you're)
ex. I can't believe they're leaving me alone.
would of - incorrect
would've - correct, short for would have
same goes for "could of" and "could have"
are - the verb "to be" conjugated in the you/they form
ex. You are annoying.
ex. They are acting like children.
our - possessive for they
ex. Our car had a large dent in the bumper.
affect - verb
ex. The man's weariness affected his willingness to go to the dance.
effect - noun
ex. Look at the special effects!
