After spending 25 years working for global corporations, Vittoria Orlova had an idea. Vittoria was born in Sydney, Australia as a child of Russian parents, she worked as a Radiographer at one of Australia’s largest hospitals, before pursuing her true passion of adult education and human resources.

Prior to having her first daughter, she worked in medical sales, breaking the mold that most women were only seen as capable of holding administrative roles.

After the birth of her first daughter, she passionately pursued a career in woman’s health education. She ran the pre-natal education program for one of Sydney’s most prestigious private hospital, believing that woman and men had to be better educated about their changing roles to become parents.  

Her career then led her into corporate training and human resources roles, where she held senior global positions for a number of international companies.

In 1997 she became co-founder of a global consulting company.

Vittoria lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and two daughters.
