Hey, just a reminder that there is a real human being behind this screen and I read every one of your comments. Please remember than tone is not easily conveyed through text (and not easily picked up on by NDs) and some comments can come across incredibly rude even when you don't intend them to. Just think before you write, please.

I miss you all. I miss writing D; I wanna be there to provide escape in this shitty fuckin world but I'm also drowning.

I'm 32 today and I'm just so exhausted by the blatant cruelty of people on the internet. I spend a lot of my time online because, being disabled, it's the main way I can connect with people (and I have met so many amazing people because of it). But spending a lot of time on the internet also comes with the downside of being exposed to so much hate and nastiness and it really starts to get to you.

So, for my birthday today (and all days), please be kind to someone. Too many people have gotten too comfortable with being cruel.

Ayumu_DN

I happen to download Wattpad back for some old memories. Happy belated birthday Viz, you are one of the best author I ever had in my fic-reading phase :3

@Vizkopa also miss sending DMs to you like we used to before WattPad got rid of them. We used to bug the crap out of each other lol but bugging you has reminded me to go back and read your stories again :)

It's been a minute. I am doing MUCH better now. And moved into a new apartment! So things are finally settling down and I've been kinda feeling like maybe writing again so we'll see what comes of that ;u;

Quinloki

@Vizkopa \o/ yay for good things and good news, even if it's good change, it can be exhausting so keep resting. I hope you're able to get back into what you love <3

Sorry for being so quiet lately. I am not doing so good in the mental health department lately due to some stressful shit going down irl. Hoping the storm will be over soon, but it potentially won't be for another few months yet. Just trying to take it one day at a time right now.

@Vizkopa It's alright. Focus on yourself. It will be fine. You're strong enough.

Been having some pretty severe anxiety attacks lately. I hate this. Please send me your favourite fluffy OP fics so I can distract myself a bit.

OnePieceLover111

@Vizkopa One OP X reader I love is called His Second Chance by carbongo, it's a Doflamingo x reader. Another is a law x reader called Chip off the old block by TocGlitch. I recommend looking at Op-Law's books because I love a lot of them!!

I hope these help and that you feel better soon! Sending love your way (platonically) <3

@Vizkopa I agree with everything IsolatedDrake said with the addition of mossforbrains' Three-Shot "I'd still love you" which is a very cute Ace x reader story. Hopefully one of them brings some relief.

Hello Viz! I am aware that you don't take requests BUT this is more of a collaboration if you accepted, and ofc you dont have to. But first, let me offer some context: basically a little bit ago I was looking at kinktober collections and thinking "man I'd love to be in/write one of these". so I looked for a list but after deciding I'd do that when October comes, I though maybe I could team up with some other authors to write one kinktober/flufftober collection. tbh I don't know ANYONE personally in the fanfic business (both here and on ao3) so I just have two people I'm asking to join me in this - you and someone on ao3 (actually, maybe she's on here, i haven't checked) with the user of Cinnbar_Bun, because I like your writing. So, would you be interested? Yet again I am aware that you have probably more important things to do than work on a collection, but I thought it might be fun to collaborate with some other people. Thanks for reading, I know this got long lol

silver_and_ice

Alright, thank you!!

Vizkopa

@silver_and_ice Awesome! There are definitely a few there I would be very interested in writing for. 4, 13, and 16 in particular. Could potentially pick up more if needed, but I think I'll play it safe and start with 3 since I don't know how busy I'm gonna be yet ^^'

Thank you so much!
Actually, we are just using the list from last year, here's the link to the reddit post with the list https://www.reddit.com/r/AO3/comments/15zbcd5/kinktober_2023_list/

Reminder that the "chronic" in chronic illness means I'm never getting better. So please don't "get well soon" me. I literally can't get "well". I know it's hard to know what to say when your only experience of pain and illness is temporary, but it's not that hard to change the language just a little to make it less of a punch in the gut to us.

"I hope you have better days soon".

"I hope you find some relief from your pain".

"Take as much time as you need to rest."

Don't just immediately default to "get well soon" because it's actually insulting and shows you don't care enough to learn what chronically ill even means.
