Hello, I'm Maddison, I've been writing for a few years now and while I'm still feeling quite new to writing and finding my own techniques and styles, I thought maybe it was time to get some outside input.

So here I am, new, unsure of what I'm doing, wondering around looking for some support, critiquing, a place to feel safe and sound with my words out there, in the big bad world for you all to see and even assist in improving.

Give me some time, I'll catch up, I'll pick up all these new aged tricks and work it out. Eventually.

I'm 30 something, I have kids, a life, all of those things, for some reason even though I do love my job mostly, I always find myself coming back to writing, maybe it's because I find parts of myself within my words that I don't see in reality, or maybe I just know that if I don't write my thoughts down, I'll never wake up from the dreams within my mind. Who knows. 

Anyway, I hope you enjoy anything I put out there, if you like it, let me know, hate it, I want to know why too. You won't cut me up, I promise, my heavy heart can carry a lot. Give me what you've got, I'll do my best to give you the best of what I've got in return.
