Dear HIH fanatics,
I know you had been expecting to hear from me, and wanted to hear the next update for my book. It has been one year since my no-show phase. And I would like just to tell you why. Things had not been good on my end. I am suffering from a medical condition, and I had been coping with it. Actually, I wasn't able to fully wrap my head around it yet and I still am learning to accept it. I am financially challenged, as well as mentally, and so I had no choice but to drop what I loved the most: not writing, but making you guys happy.
I do hope all is well with you. If not, I hope that whatever you're going through right now, you'll be able to surpass it. We're fighters, we finish what we started. And so I would like to finish what I had started, despite my challenges in life.
If you can extend some form of financial assistance, no matter how small, I would gladly accept it with all my heart. I would forever be in your debt. Still, this is by no means, required. I know we're all struggling with life, and I do hope I hear the day when you all get successful.
Chapter 9 will be published in a little while; chapter 10 is a WIP but will be out soon. Stay tuned!

I recently found out that my favorite author, Hec, had been through a lot. Driven by conflicted feelings of dubiety over the years, he finally found the strength to unpublish all of his stories and focus on just one story at a time to maximize his writing finesse and minimize the tendency of being stressed. I am in forever awe of him.
To my dear readers, I would really appreciate it if we could all support him when he republishes his re-edited, but much better, masterpieces.

@Voiceless_Skylar Thanks to you, sweet author, I've now started to follow Hec's journey and have his books in my lists. Extremely happy to be supporting another author that Wattpad has done wrong by. So sick of them treating their authors and fans like second class citizens. I'm in for the long haul to give all the love and support to my favourite authors and people on here.

@Whisperer9 Yes, I do agree as well. A hundred-percent. And btw, his books are awesome. He had been around since 2015 and I've read them, they were all LGBTQ+ but he believed his books had the potential of becoming better, hence as to why he chose to unpublish all of them and edit them. @Voiceless_Skylar That is a very wise choice he made and I do believe it's really going to pay off. I also believe that authors should have fun when they're writing as their readers do when they're reading. It's just a matter of knowing what works best for you. I'll definitely read his books.
