I honestly feel like humans should've been powerful in the Highschool DxD supernatural world at some point... I mean more than 7 billion people and no one can kill a Maou or Arch Angel or a Cadre? Come on! Imagine if a race called "High Humans" existed. They had broken thru a normal humans limit in one way or another, for example: Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Endurance, and things like that! But then one day all the other factions teamed up on the humans... and so the other factions became myth to normal humans and the angels that tried to help the humans became fallen angels... this all happened after God's death...

I have a feeling that humanity as a whole was powerful at some point, but the supernatural world made a unanimous decision and effort to first: end the myths and legends of humanity and second: play them off as fiction. This way humanity as a whole wouldn’t think of going for the unreachable. And slowly hiding themselves off only cemented human history.

Depends really, since most of the gods in the DxD has stupid and overpowed hax’s. Unless humans had some how manage to make powerful weapons, that can annihilate the supernatural world beings. But they will need to be so for into the future for that to happen. But yeah I’m pretty sure humans in the DxD world could overpower them at some point, but when though?. They need to find out that the supernatural exist in the first place, for any development to happen. Correct me if I’m wrong
