Okay, so I actually brought this up with a friend of mine, and they gave me some insight. What I was thinking was if I only used the characters portrayed in the DreamSMP and not the actual people, then aged them up to be appropriate, then it would be okay. Although, as many people have pointed out, this is seemingly a bad thing despite many other writers doing this. But since my 'talk' I have realized that I might've been in the wrong mind set. I still have plans for that stuff, but it won't be DreamSMP, more like an 'inspired' AU or something. So no Tommyinnit stuff anymore. I hope that makes everyone happy.
