a year or so  ago I found a story on here that was previously called Bruised Boys. It took place in Europe during the holocaust and the main characters were two young boys- i think one was named George-. I’m pretty sure the first chapater began with the boys walking through some snow(?) and they split a piece of chocolate. The author made it sound like chocolate was a rare gift. The cover was in black and white and I believe it was just an empty street. If anyone knows what story I’m talking about it mean so so much to me if you would share the author’s profile or the story. I never finished reading it and can’t find the story anywhere! Thank you so much.
