@mscostello Yes, I am! I meant to message you back yesterday, but we had fresh snow and eight teenagers who wanted to sled. I looked amazing after two hours of being shoved down hills by kids. No one told me I would be the cool Mom, but here I am! I have never slept better. As for eating? Food is my love language and I speak it fluently. How are you? Well and happy?

@tian_gigi Take a cooking class! I took several in high school and several at the local recreation center as an adult. One thing I learned was, keep the knives sharp and in good condition! Buy good quality knives. It seem counter productive, but I promise you will get hurt less. All three of my kids take cooking classes and my son will go to culinary school next fall. It is a blessing to be able to feed yourself and those you care for well! Okay, big Mama lecture over. Be well, love.
