            - sjsjsj how tho, i practically dont understand it myself- 
            but something i do is looks through the topics in the chapter and read the first and last line of each separate topic. then i look at the questions given in the books and THEN start reading the whole chapter ( your study techniques are prolly way better than mine and all, but i hope doing that might help you oop- )
            i feel like in bio you dont have to understand that much?? just memorize and consult brainly.com ig :")) i want to die
