I just received some bad news from a couple of people I follow, KOSA (which stands for Kids Online Safety Act) to my understanding are trying to take down Wattpad. @AdamFenner maybe, like I said, I just learned this recently from the people I mentioned, they also didn't say anything that references it outside of the petition or Wattpad, there's a chance that I likely jump the gun a bit and being tired didn't help that out, if it's false, I apologize to spreading the false rumor.
