Ok i just thought of this now and i haven't had time to talk about it with anyone besides my negative parents! Who went and saw Rogue one when it came out?
My gf payed for us to go see it and i honestly have conflicted feelings for the whole thing?? I mean my dad told me the ending so i knew it was coming but it still made me angry. In the short time i was in the theater i fell in love with the whole rogue one cast, Jyn was a badass and Cassian i just loved his character despite all the hate toward him. The rest of the team was cool too i like them! (But i honestly cant remember there names)
(And sidenote i need a shirt of K2 that says no fucks given)
But *potential spoilers if you havent seen the end??*
It seems to me like those who liked TFA didnt like Rogue One and Vice Versa and its understandable i mean orginalists (dont think thats a word ...) or those who grew up with the original trilogy have the right to hate on TFA; as my dad calls it, its a rehash of The last hope, but i honestly didnt mind i really enjoyed it (Kylo is my muffin and he deserves redemption)
And Rogue one did what it was meant to and give us a separate story and behind the scenes look at things, it wasnt meant to have a happy ending, thus everyone in the team dies. I mean its expected because they werent in any other movies but still. Im an obsessive person and i didnt like seeing everyone go out the way they did, and as cliche as it was i loved the hug in the sunset, and accepting death thing, (lokey ship jyn and cassian)
But its just not my favorite movie.
Also i had high hopes for the Han Solo movie coming out in the coming years but disneys gone and screwed up his story for me too. With his 'wife before leia' thing?? Like really cant we leave well enough alone you already killed him off -_-
ANYWAY im about to hit the character limit so i leave this rant here.
Before i go; Rest in peace both Carrie and her mother gone but not forgotten
<3 Till next time
