          so i met a few of my straight friends before i got quarantined and i just got of a FaceTime call with some of them.
          
          the lgbtq+ community came up into conversation, and it just went down hill. not getting into detail.
          
          but i’ll say this, there was an argument on what the ‘a’ meant in lgbtqia+ .
          
          let me just say, i think it stands for all the aromantic and asexual people in the world, not ally.
          
          i stand by that.  i would usually respect that they thought different but they said it in such a disgusting way to all the aces and aros in the world. also, i was told straight people weren’t part of the community, that sounds offensive sorry, because they never fought for their rights. i’m sorry but asexuals and aromantics deserve a place in the community as they fought for their rights and also face discrimination like some people in the community still do. i respect if you have different opinions but please, if others have a different point of view to you, don’t be horrible.
