Hey Shamema, (I'm guessing that's your name?) I noticed you followed me so I wanted to say thanks! I really appreciate it. Read your comment below about editing and editing and editing, over and over and still feeling dissatisfied? I so get that feeling. It's hard to write when you demand perfection of yourself. Sometimes it takes other people to tell you that what you wrote is good for you to see it yourself... And sometimes... Even when people say that you still feel like it's unfinished. I find that I'm happier with what I write when I accept that there's going to be some mistakes, and those are okay too. (But that's really hard most days huh?) Much love, Robin

@shamemafirdous Hay Shamema! Happy birthday! I wish you all the best. :-) I'm really happy to be back and writing again. Honestly, when I posted Thicker Than Blood ten years ago (Whoah that long geez?) I felt just like you do. A couple years gives perspective and confidence so you'll get there! Don't give up. Also, don't get bogged down in the details at the start, a story evolves and develops as you go so sometimes its better to get it to the end before you start to rewrite. By then you know exactly where you're going and that really helps. Much love and I hope you have a great birthday! Robin

@thethornsofmylife Hie Robin. OMG I can't believe an author that I respect and who is one of the reasons I got hooked into reading just responded back to me. I'm so giddy right now. I'm so glad that you are well and back to Wattpad. It just made my day. I had resorted to editing my book all the way from the beginning. I love the positive attitude that you have and we really shouldn't be that hard on ourselves eh? I'm so glad you're back and alright! It's actually my birthday today, so I got an amazing birthday present too (I'm sorry if it's cringey) But Yayy! With lots of Love, Shamema Firdous
