I love the story you made however there are things that I would like to emphasize. First Cardinal World is a world where a normal earthling will die due to magicule poisoning because let's be honest the magicule is more condensed than mana. Beside that Cardinal World was created by Veldanava as home for beings like Veldanava himself meaning powerful beings that can destroy normal world godly beings like himself who have the power to turn the rules and laws of the world as trivial matter. If a normal JSDF member enters the gate they will die to them being exposed from magicules. Yes, there's otherworlded like Yuuki and Hinata and others but they enter the Cardinal World in normal means they touch the barrier of the Cardinal World while the Gate itself bypassed that process. Meaning the Gate bypassed the process of entering the Central World it should have killed the people of the Empire the longer they stayed in the Cardinal World since they never enter the Cardinal World in a normal process.
