Hey i was looked at ur book my life and i just wanna say dont let ppl put u down and dont make urself belive things that arnt true and cutting isnt going to help it isnt taking away pain its causin more of it tbh it isnt worth it ... Your probly not gonna read or think "what does she even care" well i do i use to be u untill i realized it wasnt worth putting my self down and cuttin.. Just stay strong and push all those negative thoughts to the side
