I am inspired by the unpredictable teenagers I teach. More than anything I love the time I have with my own teenage daughters and wish I could freeze them at this fun age. If I'm not reading or writing, you'll find me snuggled up with the love of my life watching a great movie or planning our next party. Most of all, I love to laugh.

I do have one pure mystery, Gravediggers, that won Best YA novel of 2013, and a contemporary romance, Sweet and Sour Kisses.
