You know that feeling when your dentist says something like, ‘Oh, you haven’t been flossing/brushing/wearing your rubber bands.’ And they scold you and you feel horrible because you knew you were supposed to do that thing and you didn’t so you don’t even have an excuse and the blame is all on you? Oh why do I ask? No reason ToT
