Hey guys! You guys having trouble with your inner voices? Well I am, but I think I found a good coping thing, so you get a notebook and you write stories about what your voices says, like I have voices each for my depression, anxiety, and adhd. And each story is about fighting over something but after I write it I always reflect over it, it just relives a lot of stress. Like the voices for depression are more negative, anxiety is worried about everything and adhd just wants you distracted from the world. I highly suggest it, because keeping those voices up in your head isn’t good!
