If so, I have a specific inquiry about the editing process: When beginning a book project, is it necessary to complete the entire manuscript before seeking editorial review, or is it acceptable to submit chapters as they are finished?

Hello, i am currently writing (about 3/4 finished) my non-fiction book which is based around my journey with anxiety and depression. The goal of my book is to help anyone who may be currently suffering to know they are not alone and their is a light at the end of tunnel. I would also like to share what it is really like to have this illness, so people who do not suffer can educate themselves. I also touch on stigma and life after mental illness. Do you know anyone who may be interested in editing this book? Thanks in advance for you help :)
