Well Google needs to get thier priorities strait, this is making more people mad than just Wattpad. WAKE UP U BILLIONARES! US PEOPLE NEED MEEBO!

@veiliedmaiden Clearly Google bosses have no idea about Wattpad's minority of users who want their outdated technology so bad which is getting in the way of their own progress and priorities. Billionaires, huh? What are you going to do with them?
          
          Sorry love, it's gone, move on. No amount of crying, screaming at people, making Wattpad user accounts or creating threads in Wattpad is going to bring it back. I don't even think if you managed to get a petition for it to stay up is going to get it back. The entire program has been scrapped. Google+ is what they are working on which is revolutionary to businesses worldwide. They are obviously pulling their resources together, saving money in this downturn, to spearhead a better campaign that will benefit the majority, not the minority, which is what Meebo was. 
          
          Just have to get used to it, take the adult path, ey?  Everyone else is living with it. You still can talk to people, that's what PM is for granted it's not the same but, whatever.

@WeNeedTheMeebo I'm an Ambassador, it's our business to know these things and deal with them quickly. 
          
          Also, may I please, on behalf of Wattpad, ask that you remove and/or change your profile picture? It is Wattpad's profile and you are unable to use it.
          
          I don't know why Google killed Meebo, you'll have to search through the internet and find out why and it's not a matter of being unfair- things happen for the better. Meebo obviously wasn't good for Google as a business so they are moving onto something better I suppose. Times change and with it technology. It won't be Meebo, and it won't be called Meebo. I cannot say when we'll get an equivalent. It may be a week, two, a month or two? Who knows, but Wattpad are working on it.
          
          Please don't forget to change your profile pic- it'll be misleading to folks.

@AE_KIrk I understand that but we need it soon. Why did they? It was unfair. People will stand behind me on that one. I understand Wattpad wants the best for the readers. We all do. Please hurry, we need the meebo. Ps, how did you find me the day I created this account?

          While I can understand the need for the Meebo bar, please be aware that Wattpad are doing all they can to create or find an alternative. Google killed Meebo, it is nothing to do with Wattpad. Please be patient and watch out for Wattpad's updates in the near future for a feature similar to Meebo :)
