Should I start a new story, or finish one of my stories before starting another. I'm not sure... I want to write an Angel Beats! one, but also another one... I'm not sure. Should I start a new one?

Has anyone seen ABC3's Little Lunch? I'm thinking of doing a fanfiction AU of it. It'll be set when they're older and it'll have more action. How about it?
