UPDATE: 
          Dear dramione readers- I love each and every one of you for having faith in my fic A Forbidden Birthright. I promise with a hand over my heart and the other on the bible (manacled) that this fic is NOT abandoned! I have several published works now and have been busy working on others, so this fic was pushed to the back burner. 
          Please know that if you wish to read any of my completed writing, I do have an adult fantasy book available on Amazon and KU, as well as a feminist anthology. (listed under my author name Elayne Douglas). I am actively working on the sequel to my fantasy book, a secret project, and a cyberpunk novel that started out as a dramione fic but I couldn't resist turning into a real book because I loved the story too much (obviously this means the names are changed but believe me when I saw it is dramione C O D E D).

I've been working more on AFB, only writing a little at a time, less than 1,000 words a sitting, usually, but I'm feeling good about it nonetheless!

The Daughter of Dust and Blood is officially published! Available for preorder through Barnes and Noble until August 17th; September 1st is the official release date. 
          Since it is now available for purchase, I've made it so that only the first five chapters are available to read on here, that way you can get a feel for the book before buying. 
          AND since all the publishing process is finally complete, all my attention now goes into completing A Forbidden Birthright <3

I’ve been taking a mental break from writing but I should start working on the final part of AFB soon! 
          I’ve been making final revisions to my main novel as I get ready to publish. 
          Also, I’ve recently made a YouTube channel in preparation for the AI voice rendered audiobook of AFB I’ve been working on. I’ve uploaded some excerpts and a couple other fun videos. Give me a follow if you’re interested  @ little_wonderland

Just wanted you all to know that The Daughter of Dust and Blood should be published and available for purchase by the end of summer! I'm going through Barnes and Noble Press, which only distributes in the U.S., but my goal is to apply for a title transfer so I can use IngramSpark to distribute through Amazon as well just in case I have any international readers for this book!

I absolutely loved The Daughter of Dust and Blood! Is there going to be a sequel and if so when do you plan on posting it?
