Lmao i havent been ative for over a year now

So today i learned that people with anxiety re-watch things because they know what gunna happen and gives them a feeling of safety and comfort. 
          
          I have anxiety, I also have a habit of re-watching things A LOT and re-read things. And I don't like how I relate to this.

I know forth of July was yesterday but as soon as July started I keep hearing the gunshot sounds at night. I heard them today as well not as much as the days before but the sounds they seem to start at the earliest 10 pm. I am starting to think something is wrong. I haven't heard the Scratching/banging? noise yet. I am gonna keep an update on this in case something bad happens.

I know its forth of July but i'm so fucking scared I heard what sounded like a bomb dropping followed by a boom. I heard something banging on something that sounded like the metal shed in my backyard , but it seemed as there were more than like at least 30 hands banging on it. All of the fireworks sound like guns being fired. Just as i finished the  that sentence the thing that sounded like a bomb dropping happened followed by the banging again. I hear screaming and the banging noise again expect a little louder this time. I'm mostly writing this as it happens, Everything just went quiet i have never been more revealed to hear a firework, The banging  is happening again i'm trying to stay calm but it's not working very well. I think i heard laughter I think i'm starting to hear things. the banging noise is happening once again louder and for longer period of time. God I hate living in america, my anxiety feels like it's going off the charts. I'm starting to  feel better since i started listen to some music. I think i'm better now I'll update if something happens
