I think I'm going insane,since right now I'm laying in bed,black tape on one of my legs after I had a mental break down and cut myself,so now there's tap on my leg so I don't get blood on my bed and the reason it's tape is because m scared if I go downstairs and tell my parents I'll get yelled at instead of helped so yea....I'm doing a bit okay now my leg just hurts
