Im so fucking mad right now. I didnt realize the severety of the damned protests. I dont really feel emotions as often as most but when i do its a really strong feeling.
          
          i saw a video on tiktok in the pov of a person protesting and near the end, a girl was shown bleeding from the head. SEVERELY. The people around her were wrapping it in gauze but it was still very bad. Im crying right now. Seeing it was really not something i'd like to relive
           But these things have to stop

fuck i hate life i just wanna die

so i have muscles pains at night sometimes and they keep me awake because of how much my legs hurt. my mom has tried massaging them a few times when i was younger and we tried a few gels that are supposed to ease the pain a bit but nothing worked.
          
          can anyone recommend something for this? its like the muscles in my calves are trying to rip themselves apart and then mend back together faster than they're tearing.
