I fell during marching band camp yesterday on hardwood floor and I have a bruise on my kneecap, the ski on my kneecap is also red, I broke skin as well

@SilverCloud1000 I’m fine, I forgot to eat breakfast and I was dehydrated. Dumbass move. So we got our uniform sizes and my jacket size is 31 while the bottoms I have size 9 shoulders but I wear a size ten.
