@WhereTheRiverEnds Those are all fantastic pursuits, and I can definitely see how turning your story into a game could be highly rewarding—and potentially lucrative. That said, it’s definitely tricky. The game would need a unique niche to stand out, but not so niche that it alienates potential players. Either way, adapting your story into a game sounds like an excellent way to bring it to life, much like how I express my own stories through poetry and drawing. It really makes the world feel more "lived in," if that makes sense. I’ve always perceived your world as having a vibe similar to Castlevania, so I can definitely see why it would work well as an RPG—perhaps something indie-style like Undertale or the early Legend of Zelda games. That said, I’d suggest tempering your expectations a bit. The gaming industry can be a tough space to break into, especially for larger-scale projects (though mobile games are a bit more forgiving since the standards there are lower). But I think it’s wonderful that you’re setting ambitious goals for yourself. Those aspirations can drive us to achieve more, even if we don’t quite hit every mark. I’m glad to hear my story has been helpful for you in terms of story structure, though I assure you I’m far from an expert! Mostly, I’m just happy you’re back and staying productive—not that I’d ever oppose that. :)

Yeah. I decided i am going to stay on rpgmaker mv, and continue working on my game. But i could use rpgmaker to boost my wattpad story. And then i could do a chapter showing them all when theyre younger here, where the game would take place with everything, and then continue the story here on.
It wont take many sales, even 80k and id be basically set to retire. Id be making more every 2 weeks, tax free from a tfsa i set up (hopefully) than if i worked, it’d just be if i wanted extra WANTS, and not NEEDS like paying bills/food etc. which is how i always wanna live lolol. Not even a full house, my side by side is heaven enough but ye. I gotta get reading again, so your story will be a perfect one to get back entirely in how to structure things.
Though i do still talk to myself like im writing the book when working, it’s always good to get fully back in the industry, in every way, and i havent read anything since being off here lolol.

@WhereTheRiverEnds tbf, almost every YouTuber, game developer, director, and studio have controversies and things we just can't agree with. The question then is if you are willing to still use it knowing that or if it's too much of a hindrance for you personally. I'm glad you're wanting to go back. It's very quiet here. :>
