update loving you hurts plssss

Hi, I was just wondering if you were going to update A Lost Cause or if it was going to be discontinued forever. It hasn't been updated since 2018 so I understand if you don't, but I just wanted to know because the chapters that you had posted were really great and I would love to have more, but if you don't have any inspirration to write that book anymore that is 100% fine. Thanks for the hard work and incredible books.

Are you still writing? I really loved your one shot book and I also read your Loving You Hurts book and it hasn’t been updated since 2017 and I’m super sad that you haven’t updated it. I hope that you respond to this so I can know. I hope you’re doing well❤️

          I've decided to pick back up Mated to the Future Alpha so I can finally bring the story to a proper conclusion. However, because I wrote the story back in 2014 and my writing has improved a bunch since, I think the story will need to undergo a full rewrite. I want to stick to the original plot as much as possible, but I'm afraid that a lot of it will get scrapped.
          
          Most of the changes will be structure and pacing, but it's possible that there will be major differences in character as well. One angle that I'm looking at is changing up Ryker's personality. As he currently is, he's . . . not a redeemable character. To put it plainly, he's a jerk. 
          
          I'll probably write a second draft, see what works and what doesn't, and eventually I hope to have something better than what it currently is. Some people were hoping for the part two that never came (sorry!) so hopefully this is good news to you.

I recently wrote a short story called Drunken Affairs and I'm so excited because it's the first story I've ever written that I have no desire to expand on. It's complete! Due to this, I've been toying with the idea of maybe publishing it on Amazon Kindle, but I'm not 100% sure yet so no promises. 
          
          If any of you want to check it out and give me real feedback on what works and what doesn't in the story, that'd be awesome. If something feels off, or you think it works well, point it out please! In the event I use someone's feedback in a round of edits, I'll add their name to the acknowledgement page if I do decide to publish.           Thought I'd let you know that I may have disappeared from Wattpad, but I haven't given up on my stories! I know you all must have given up on ever seeing any of my stories updated again (I know I would have), but if any of you still care about seeing one of my books complete, take comfort in knowing that I haven't abandoned them. I haven't quit writing. Life got considerably fuller after my last message posted on July 28, 2018. I got a job working 30hrs/week, my sister who I carpool with started working mornings so we were gone most days from early morning to the evening, I had personal responsibilities most weekends . . .  It just seemed like I either didn't have the time or I wasn't in the right headspace. 
          
          As of September 2019, I've been doing my best to squeeze in a bit of writing here and there, and I've started uploading works-in-progress on my Patreon page (link to on my profile) for $2/month. The plan is to upload the finished work one chapter/week here on Wattpad while continuing to give early access to Patreons.
          
          I will one day return to uploading on Wattpad, but I want to have finished writing a story before I do that so there won't be any more of this endless waiting for a book you don't even know when or if it'll be finished.

          One more chapter of Social Pyramid is finished. It's not the next chapter in the story, though--I'm writing them at random. But this means I'm closer to completing the story, and thus closer to updating. 
          
          The only hint I'll give is that the climax is close. At this moment, I'm expecting to end the book at 30-35 chapters in length. There is one novelet or novella planned to follow the end of Social Pyramid, however there could be more to come. Plans for a book two are in the works. 

Just thought I'd let you know that, in case you don't follow me on Twitter (@ Whimzelicious) and missed my tweet, I spent over two hours writing a chapter of Social Pyramid, saved it, and . . . found out it didn't save. It's gone. All that time wasted. And just when I was doing so well, without having a headache even. 
          
          So yeah, that's how my day was. :|
