Hey everyone, thank you so much for your patience! I was finally discharged from the hospital last night. My stay ended up being a bit longer than usual because of transaminitis, the doctors wanted to extend it for a couple of days to monitor my enzyme levels.
Anyway, I’m feeling much better now. I honestly hate hospitals; I had never been admitted in my entire life, but in just one year of working as an intern doctor, I’ve been admitted twice (with dengue last year, ugh). I didn't get to write much while I was there because my eyes went into super-photosensitive mode from the fever, and the doctors advised against using screens. I was bored out of my mind, but I kept thinking about the plot! I’ll need a little more time to write the next chapter, but Scrollstack readers should get a new update by Sunday (I’ll try my best.) Again, I’m so sorry for the delay, and thank you to everyone who wished me luck and kept checking up on me. (I had actually deleted Wattpad just to physically distance myself from my phone!)
