My old dog keeps figuring out how to open my door, even when I'm sure it's latched shut. It's actually kinda scary, just randomly having your door pushed open, followed by a small snout poking in through the crack. It really scares the shit out of me every time it happens and I hate it, but I love my dog, so I'll forgive her every time she does it. If anyone knows how she keeps getting the door open, please tell me. I must know. Specifics of the door are that it's a light, dark brown, wooden door, whose hinges squeak slightly and whose latch sometimes gets caught in the door itself causing it to swing open randomly, but I make sure it clicks every time I shut it. Specifics of the dog are that she's a bautiful, orange with a white stomach and white feet. She's around ten years old but we're not sure cause she's a rescue dog. Her name is Pumpkin and we think she's a mix between a lab and a boxer. She's a larger medium sized dog, and she isn't trained. She knows how walking with a leash works and she knows how to sit, come and lie down, but that's it and she only comes when you have food or when she thinks you might have food. She only eats on meal a day, consisting of a 260 gram bag of cooked ground beef, basmati rice, carrots and peas. She runs away and steals food at every chance she gets, and she's a very healthy and happy dog. She's currently lying on my aunt's bed in the next room over from mine, and she's incredibly cute.
