Hi I wanted to tell you about "Ananya:His unknown obsession" book you asked me if he is physical involved with both so I can't spoil it that early in the book the author wouldn't like it.... So actually as the ml has multiple identity Ryan loves Anna and in the last chapter Ryan marries Anna :).... And Rey's obsession is Ananya and Rey has married her before sooo he ended up marrying both the author told us to trust the process.... And about physically involved if Ryan doesn't know about Ananya so he might get physically involved with Anna but we aren't sure what happens yet.... The book is so confusing and it has slow updates it hard to keep up with the book honestly and on top of that it is full of confusion

@Whitebright10  It's so confusing I have the same doubts 😭😭😭... The author drags her story a lot and keep too much suspension.... I might leave the book soon

@Purpleneonflower08 whattt!!! He is married to both of them? 😭 And even you don't know if he gets physically involved with both or not? And someone told me that he r*ped the fl, is it true? Did ananya love him? Or is just trapped? And Anna, does she truly love ryan or is she with him just for some motive?
