          I’ve only given you the main spoilers for now and the deeper details are still left out
          
          Arjun falls in love with Anaya at first sight but she never sees his face. They meet again during a riot and end up spending a night in her hotel room in complete darkness so she still doesn’t see him. The next day she tells him her name is “Chandani" and they begin communicating through letters. Later, Arjun invites her to an NGO event and sings Khuda Bhi for her but Anaya rejects him and leaves without ever knowing who he really is.
          
          After this Arjun’s step-sister Kesha falsely accuses him in a rape case. While investigating Arjun learns that a girl helped change the evidence. When he goes to confront her a violent incident happens where Nandita’s husband is killed and her daughter Megha is severely injured going into a coma this is why Nandita hates Anaya. Soon after Arjun finds the girl’s photo and is shocked to discover that “Chandani” is actually Anaya Varmaan.
          
          It is then revealed that Kesha was married to Shivay for 5 years but they divorced after her cheating was exposed. However, Kesha continues to blackmail Shivay using Anaya. The reason is that Anaya is slowly dying due to a failed experiment conducted earlier by Arjun and the Zurich team anyone injected with it dies within 4 days. Anaya was the first victim of it  but Kesha secretly got an antidote created through her scientist Mirtunjay Bajaj with whom she had an affair.
          
          Kesha’s real motive is to spread the deadly experiment as a disease and then sell the antidote for huge profit controlling both the problem and the cure. When Arjun refused to give her the experiment she trapped him in a fake rape case. Meanwhile Kesha keeps Anaya alive by giving her the antidote every 4 months through Shivay  maintaining control over everyone.

            And also can you recommend a story where ml is average looking i mean not so handsome but the fl is gorgeous 
            I think there is no book with this trope  i have read so many books where ml is handsome and fl is average but I want to read the reverse of this trope  
            If u know pls recommend me

            1. Siddhi and Shivay’s relationship is still not completely clear. Siddhi does have feelings for Shivay but idk abt shivay
            
            2. Anaya blames Shivay because he was the one who told her to change the evidence. But he did that under pressure from Kesha
            
            3. Yes everything will eventually get sorted. But in the current storyline Anaya is still suffering from the effects of the deadly experiment and Arjun is trying to find the antidote. So it will take a few more chapters before everything is resolved.
            
            4. It’s not yet clear whether Nandita has forgiven Anaya. Well in the current chapters she does seem concerned for Anaya especially when she was hospitalized.
            
            5. Yes, their relationship improves over time but there are ups and downs. Still no matter what happens they always end up together
