It is supposed to make you squirm, but only enough to suck in a huge breath of relieved anticipation when the winds of fortune change for our heroine. With her story, I really wanted to show how much a person can grow and change when adversity is thrust upon them. That's what I'm hoping comes across as the book unfolds.

@SEViolet no problem! It's extremely well written, and even though her position as a slave in Maximus' hands makes me more than a little uncomfortable (maybe it's supposed to!), I can't wait to find out what you have in store for Sabina!
