Illuminate update!
          
          I once again vanished after that last announcement, but I do have the bulk of Chapter Fourteen finished. 
          
          I know I've been unable to provide consistent updates, and I won't promise anything now. I might not have had the motivation to revisit it so many times if not for you all, so thank you ♡
          
          Expect the next chapter soon! I'm hoping to finish it up tomorrow. I'm working full-time now and have had my interests in another fandom this year. I'll probably have more inspiration for the story when I get around to catching up on the anime. 
          
          So I'm not giving up on Illuminate, but updates can be very sporadic as they have been. If I ever discontinue the story, I'll have it listed in the summary.
          
          This fandom has grown so much since I published the first chapter  I'm happy that you guys are still finding and enjoying Illuminate!

          I'm sorry for so much inconsistency with my updates and announcements, but I still peek in here and read the comments I get on Illuminate. I still very much want to continue the story! 
          
          It's been a rough transition into adulthood for me. I was 17 when I released the first chapter. About a million things have happened since then, but I may have finally found a place where I can be comfortable in my life...hopefully.
          
          I have so many ideas beyond Illuminate as well, but I'm reading over the story again and intend to start drafting the next chapter tomorrow! 
          
          It may be hard to believe, I know, but I've not given up on continuing! I will probably be revamping my account again soon as well. 
          
          As always, thank you all so much for supporting my story! Your patience means the world to me, and I promise I'm working towards consistency in the near future.

          The past few months have been crazy, but I'm at a point where I can focus on writing again. There may be an update by the end of the month, but I can't promise anything!

          I've recently started a new job, which is why I haven't been able to work on the next chapter yet, but I promise it's coming! Look out for chapter 14 next week!

Hello! I wanted to officially announce that Illuminate will be on hiatus for this month, April 2024, and will pick back up in May. I apologize for the silence and lack of updates, but I've just been overloaded this month with the end of the semester approaching and such. Thank you for your patience.
