guys found out i am angry i am starting to clam down but i have no clue why i am mad i just destroyed my room and cut my arms DX help i feel like i am falling into  a pit

if you all don't know i have a huge dint in my chest and i am ashamed of it. It stands out i don't feel comfortable talking about unless it's with people who i can trust and every year it just explodes in pain so please be kind and try to help me out also i am going through a hard time JeAnna knows but i will tell you all now... My mom is getting divorced from my stepdad so please again be kind to me . As i sit here writing this i am crying it hurts bad and i am getting dizzy i have no clue whats going on help me -cries as vision gets blurry
