Wolf 3.0 Version 2 is a second publish by Wilder Bellamy, a science fiction writer-crossover from a career in IT, including 7 years in an aggressive software startup and 7 years in the Barnes and Noble head distribution center, gaining in the process from all above a great taste for and enjoyment of World-Building 101.  
He is also descended from the brother of 19th-century utopian time-travel author Edward Bellamy (Looking Backward(see Wikipedia), 1888 )-- seven years before H.G. Wells' The Time Machine .  

This is an answer to both books from a sci-fi future they never imagined.
