          When sisters Elara and Ember move to Havenwood, they expect a quiet town and a fresh start. But something about the town feels off. The way the townspeople watch them. The way their new house creaks a little too often, whispers a little too loudly. The way Anya, the girl who welcomes them, always seems to be one step ahead.
          
          Then they find the journal—filled with cryptic warnings, strange symbols, and mentions of something called the Whisperer. Elara tries to ignore it, to focus on settling in. But the signs are everywhere. Shadows where there shouldn’t be. Names no one speaks of. Doors left open in the night.
          
          Havenwood is keeping secrets. And whether they like it or not, Elara and Ember are already part of them.
