My work has appeared in REED magazine, CURA, and a number of PEN America anthologies. From 2016 to 2021, I was recognized seven times by the PEN Prison Writing and Justice program with various prizes.

If the word "prison" jumped out at you there-- I was locked up as a teenager and have spent almost my entire adult life in institutions. I also have bipolar disorder, but writing has allowed me to find myself and come out of everything okay.
