@Williamjwb87 Oh that's easy Goku came to Earth but fell into a worm hole that teleported Him to Shantae's Time and Shantae and Goku met when They where Kids and grew up together as Childhood Friends then They got married when They became adults and Carly was born then They where sent through time from Risky Boots but Goku grabbed Risky Boots and all Three of Them are trapped in Modern Times and Carly is in Her 2nd Year at UA.

Story:when the OC Was a little boy,he was attacked by a monster but a Kamen Rider(it's a Canon rider) saved him making him idolize Kamen Riders and says he wants to be a Kamen Rider,too!
now 19 and in college,he still wants to be a Kamen Rider but he also wants to be a chemist to make Sodas and pops because he loves pop but when a new type of Monsters start to attack,Our Oc tries to fight them but alas,he can't until a cloaked figure comes and aids him as they give him,a belt called the "Fizzy driver" as well as a metallic can that's something called "rider frost" and uses them to achieve his dream of becoming a kamen rider,only to see he's a soda themed Kamen Rider but shrugs it off and calls himself,Burst or for the full name....."Kamen raidā bāsuto"
forms:Each form is based off of different types of sodas and Pops with each being different in attacks,styles,fighting attributes and power
