If this is for a video game, it’s really interesting. For a story, the style needs work. For video game, you will want some art. It would help to visualize the gang and get over the storytelling issues.

There are quite a few artists around Wattpad. Mostly they work on covers but you might be able to interest someone to do some art for you if they like the idea. Good luck.
