W.D. Seitz was born and raised in Slocan, British Columbia, Canada. She then moved to Greenwood, Nova Scotia, where she lives and works as a part-time tattoo artist, a martial artist and a writer. When she's not reading or writing, she enjoys painting in watercolour, riding her motorcycle and watching Avatar the Last Airbender.
