This is intentional because chapter 16 implements the frame narrative literary technique. Aesthetically, I need the entire chapter contained in one part, if readers are to fully appreciate it stylistically. I assure you that the satisfaction at the end will be worth the time spent reading. Please know that this is not establishing a new norm. Chapter parts will remain 3,500 words max or 16 minutes max.
