Working on Chapter 9 of Croak, here's a glimpse:
She felt so good. Her heart swelled with quenched love, and her spine straightened with relief from a secret she no longer had to carry.
She felt so terrible. Her eyes overflowed with the grief of hurting someone who cared,and her soul stung from the sharp blows her conscience was giving.
