Newbie question. Do I go ahead and post the entire book?
          Or...are you supposed to publish chapter by chapter over time?

@WingsofPaisley Posting a chapter at a time keeps your story on the “new” lists in the tags and helps new readers find it. 
            
            If you publish all at once, it doesn’t get as much attention and after a week or so, readers would really have to dig to find it.
