I’ve decided to draw the WHOLE batfam as bats because why not! Already drew Tim for fanart for a fic (available for viewing in my Artbook), and I now have a whole list of the members: (keep in mind these are my current opinions, if you have any suggestions of better fitting bats please say! Even if I don’t swap it out I’d still love to see a new lil creature)
          
          Tim: pied bat (done)
          Jason: also pied bat but really big because of the pit.
          Dick: Egyptian fruit bat. (They look so happy! Lk might change dicks and have damains as this because of their side eyes. Probably not though)
          Bruce: grey headed flying fox (they look so much like the bat signal when fully expanded in air, other options are not viable)
          Alfred: also grey headed flying fox, kinda headcanon that he turned Bruce, so it would make sense why they share bat species.
          Damian: ALSO grey headed flying fox, a mini Bruce but with more of (what I think would be) Talia’s colouring in the fur.
          Cass: vampire bat, need I say more? She is badass.
          Babs: gold crowned flying fox. It just fits? Also, with her being paralyzed from the waist down (I think? Might be slightly different paralyzed?) it’s debatable if she would be able to fly in bat form, but it’s up to you. (This isn’t whether a bat can fly without its hind legs (I don’t think they can) but more so if it would pass over to the bat form)
          Steph: yellow winged bat. Again, I just think it fits in my opinion. The bat gives off her cheeky, chaos ready vibe I think.
          And finally Duke: hoary bat. I mean, he is such a cinnamon roll what other option is there? I almost did this bat for Damian at first but changed it the second I thought of Duke. The guy is a lil powdered donut!
          
          I don’t know the order I’ll draw them, nor how long it will take, but I will do them all! Again, bat suggestions (or other characters either from or not from Dcu, if I don’t know the fandom I might not due to a lack of knowledge in the characters but  Pjo and others are on the table) are welcome!

Also, I’m finally sitting down and mapping out chapters, so my fic on here is gonna have like 50 drafts by the end T T (jk, probably 20-30)

Y’all, should I make a one-shot in the capes and coats universe where Nico stumbles upon tiny photographer/birdwatcher Tim? I wouldn’t want to put it in the main story as it would kinda mess with stuff but I think having a little side story would be nice

Bit late to say this but artfight is over! 
          Expect new chapters in my Artbook throughout the week because I’ve decided to ask the original artists and owners of the characters if I can put in my attacks. (I think I messed up asking though, because I’m pretty sure I did it in a way that they don’t get the notifications.) (I say this because I did one differently and they replied but the rest I did ‘normally’ are left without responses)

I posted the first chapter of what I was talking about below! Yippee!
          
          It’s not on here though, because I go a bit more into the descriptions of violence and such and while AO3 is fine with that (with the proper ratings and stuff) I am unsure about wattpad and will do more research before posting it if I do.

I’m probably going to take a short break from writing capes & coats, because I just had the realization that I have free will and I’m going to use it to write a story about my ocs. Likely a every other week kind thing, one week I work on one the other I work on another

Watching Hannibal (the show, not the movies but they aren’t bad either)m and it is amazing! I swear I feel like I’m going insane with the way you can’t tell what is and isn’t a hallucination until it’s over. Very much recommend if you like a good’ll psychological thriller! (That being said please read the warnings under the show)

Oh, or I might make a more ‘watered down’ version with those parts replaced with something less for wattpad readers.

I may or may not stop updating my fic on here. I will post the next one and a little notice chapter about how it’s discontinued on wattpad but not AO3. 
          The reason behind this is because I want to go in on a few, little bit more darker topics that I’m worried would cause me trouble on wattpad. 
          
          An example of one of the topics would be in the form of feather pulling. I want Nico to have deeper reactions and emotions but have been scared about going a bit too far here, but on AO3 I can give proper warnings while still posting without immense fear.
          This isn’t to say I would quit wattpad, instead just that specific fic. I still plan to continue my Artbook and stuff.
          
          Of course, I am still unsure about this and may just scrap the ‘darker’ ideas I have for events, or there will be a few more chapters until then, but I thought I would post this in advance to people reading it on here. I will keep you updated, bye! :3

I have found god! and by god I mean inner peace with my teeth (not making fun of any religions to be clear, who knows maybe I warship my chewing tools)
          
          For my whole life I thought sensitive teeth were just something you suck up, so many people talk about it after all. As such I thought those sensitive teeth toothpastes were scams to spend more money. 
          But it worked! I swished my mouth and didn’t feel the sharp, wincing pain in my teeth. (Two specific ones to be exact)
          (It’s Colgate sensitive teeth toothpaste, btw, I don’t want to be a gatekeeper for tooth care)
