Next week's full moon lands on Halloween. Not to mention it's the SECOND full moon this month!
          
          The full moon on October 1st was a Harvest Moon. That means it was the closest full moon to the Fall (or Autumnal) Equinox.
          
          The full moon on October 31st is going to be a Blue Hunter's Moon. (Or an even longer name for this year's in particular: Full Halloween Blue Hunter's Moon.) A Blue Moon means the second full moon in a month and a Hunter's Moon means the next full moon after the Harvest Moon.

Full Wolf Moon reaches its peak on January 21, 2019, at 12:16 A.M. EST. This year, just a few hours before the peak of the full Moon, a total lunar eclipse will be visible from all of North America.

Good evening followers! Do you know what tonight is? It's the Super Blue Blood Moon.  Yes that's right, super as in it's going to be larger than usual; blue as in it's the second full moon this month; and blood because it's also an eclipse!  The last time that this has happened was about 150 years ago!
