I know people have different things to help with insomnia, mine is drinking a glass of milk or drink a chamomile tea (or two) sleeping pills also don't really work for me, they only work if I'm already a bit tired which is not often, I can't even take naps during the day, otherwise I won't be tired at night! I've been this way for as long as I can remember, so if anyone has some other ideas for me to try, I'm all ears!
