I'm Alissa and I love reading and writing, especially poetry.

I was first place in the 2019 Ohana Awards for the poetry in my book "Static Screens"

I've loved writing ever since I was little and plan to continue it throughout my life, writing in all genres. 

I have a couple of key motifs that I like to use that I use to create my signature style, if you read through my page, especially "Static Screens," you will defiantly notice these.

Ever since discovering and writing on Wattpad, I feel like I have grown as a writer. But, of course, I still have a lot of improvement to make. Feel free to leave suggestions, compliments, constructive criticisms, opinions, thoughts, etc. in the comments of my books. If you see something you like, I would very greatly appreciate it if you could vote on it and/or share it with a friend. If you don't want to, that's okay :)

I love nostalgia and a wide variety of aesthetics. There's a freedom I feel when writing that is like nothing else I've ever experienced, it's an outlet that I love. It's a way I've been able to be vulnerable and honest with myself without fearing the judgment or reactions of others. I use music, graphic design, drawing, objects, photos, and Pinterest (for the most part) to inspire my writing.
